COPPER MOUNTAIN 2024, 4/2 – 4/6 The best a spring trip could be! Great conditions, great snow and decent weather. Sixteen OKC Ski Club members converged on Copper Mountain by land and air. 14 by air from OKC, one by air from Dallas and one drive up from Denver. While we took it just one day at a time the trip seemed to last and last and last. For those that went on the full trip we were gone 19 days. Wow! What an amazing weekend! We had SO MUCH FUN in Wolf Creek, with 50+ skiers! As great as the OKC Ski Club annual trip to Taos always is, the 2023 edition has to rank at or near the best ever. Just days before our arrival Taos Ski Valley received 24 inches of new snow which made for some of the best conditions we’ve ever experienced at Taos.
