Remember to take your FSA activity pass with you to every activity/party. You will need it to enter the Awards Banquet and other official functions.

Transportation
Southwest air is highly recommended. Group Air still includes 2 bags free on the outbound flight, return bags are TBD depending on southwest…..keep your fingers crossed. Individual air does not include bags. Once all group air tickets are sold we cannot add any additional air. You will need to purchase your own individually. Pricing expected to increase after group air secured.
If booking own air you must arrive 1/23 between 10am and 3pm and depart 1/29 after 10am.
One parking space included per condo.
Shuttle transportation included roundtrip. Once your flight is booked provide details to trip captain.
Lodging
Lodging : Canyon Creek Condos (3 and 4 bed) Double Occupancy
Condos have ONE allocated parking spot per condo. Parking spots allocated based on signup date/time. Additional vehicles must park in any of the paid/free parking lots in Steamboat. Lodging check in not available until 4pm.

OKC Ski Club has partnered with two Trip Insurance companies that we have used in the past.

Cancel for Any reason is offered by both companies at an additional cost (75% refund if claimed)
Approved Medical cancellation (i.e. broken arm, or leg, etc) refunded at 100%
Must purchase policy within 9 days of initial deposit for CFAR and pre-existing conditions coverage.
