Recommended flights on United and American to Montrose : Must arrive before 3pm 1/25/2025
Group shuttle transportation from Montrose round trip. Each transport will have ~8 people on it so you can arrive at different times (before 3pm). Departures on 2/1 after 10am for group transport.
Southwest released some more seats at the lower cost now. Still one flight on the return. Basic economy on United or American you don’t get to choose your seat. Last to board.

Lodging
Lodging: Mountain Lodge Telluride
Lodging Notes: Condo Pricing includes one pillow in a 2/3 bed condo. Bedding type is not guaranteed until the trip capatain allocates your pillow. Bed-type could be reallocated based on the final configuration from the lodging property. Lodging options not available for less than 7 nights. You may arrive late or leave early but there is no discount given.
Condos/Cabins : We will have a limited number of Cabin bedding available. These will be limited to double occupancy (couples or bedmates). If you want an awesome space and experience the Cabin is for you.
Parking is limited and charged at $35/night for those driving up. Lodging check in not available until 4pm.
