Breakfast and Dinner included in Hakuba. Get ready to use chopsticks 🙂
Baggage service will be offered for skis and large bags for transport to/from Hakuba. All skis/boards will be required to be sent back to Tokyo after Hakuba for handling. Very reasonable cost.

Trip Insurance
OKC Ski Club has partnered with two Trip Insurance companies that we have used in the past.

Note: This amount is the estimated trip cost. After the trip is finalized you may update the final amount with your selected travel insurance company.
Cancel for Any reason is offered by both companies at an additional cost (75% refund if claimed)
Approved Medical cancellation (i.e. broken arm, or leg, etc) refunded at 100%
Must purchase policy within 9 days of initial deposit for CFAR and pre-existing conditions coverage.
Upgrades
Upgrades available for rooms and flights (flight prices updated daily, pricing WILL change by day):
– $350pp for Deluxe Room (limited amount of Rooms, First Come)
– $300 Entire Flight upgrade to Main Cabin Plus (includes 2 bags, extra legroom, free drinks)
– $1250 Entire Flight upgrade to Premium Economy (includes 2 bags, bigger seats like domestic first class, increased recline, free drinks, enhanced food)
– Flight upgrades above are subject to pricing change at time of booking and availability. Flights will be booked based on deposit order.
– Upgrades can be declined if pricing is higher than estimated above
– Upgrades must be requested during deposit. Requests after flights are secured are not guaranteed.
