2023 Taos, New Mexico

As great as the OKC Ski Club annual trip to Taos always is, the 2023 edition has to rank at or near the best ever. Just days before our arrival Taos Ski Valley received 24 inches of new snow which made for some of the best conditions we’ve ever experienced at Taos. Our executive recliner bus made an on time departure from OKC making for one of the most exciting rides to the mountains. A delightful breakfast awaited us each morning at the classic New Mexican style El Pueblo Lodge, they take such great care of us there. The only time we had to chain up the bus was in the ski valley parking lot as they parked us in a different spot this year. We had one of the finest fun-loving groups of snow sports enthusiasts on this trip. It was wonderful to welcome first time Taos travelers along with our band of regulars. Thanks to everyone who helped to make Taos 23 one of the best ever! Let’s do it again next season.
